TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION:
Registration will start on 15 Sept 2019 to 1 Dec 2019.
COMPETITION FORMAT
The categories will be based on age and skill level.
A player’s age will be determined as of Jan 31, 2020.
All playing levels are welcome.
The categories include Singles: Men’s and Women’s; Doubles: Men’s, Women’s and Mixed.
The age groups include: Under 18, 19+, 40+
Under 18 Category
18+ - 2 groups – 4.0 and above, below 4.0
40 + category
50+ Category
60 + category
each event will consist of pool play followed by Double-elimination.
All matches will be refereed. Players must collaborate by refereeing other matches in their group.
The official rules of the International Pickleball Federation will be applied, which can be found at www.ifpickleball.org.

Note: The Tournament Directors reserve the right to modify the divisions, categories and format of the tournament depending on the number of registered participants. Groups may be combined if insufficient entries.

Medals and cash prizes to top 3 participants and other exciting Prizes
Registration Fee - 500 INR (you will get a tournament T-shirt, Lunch and tea, snacks all 3 days), Approx $7.
Category Fee - For Girls and under 18 Players - 700 INR per category. approx. $10
For 19+ Men category fee will be 1000 INR per category, approx. $15.
One player can participate in all 3 categories.
Indian players can register through there respective state secretary and deposit their fee to state secretary then state secretary will give players list to the tournament committee with Names, Date of birth and Email Id
Foreign Players can register through Global Pickleball and submitted their fee directly here - Jan you provide the link and other info.

Celebrating 2 great festivals during this tournament one is Kite festival, this is the most fascinating festival of Jaipur. Second is Lohari festival its a traditional Punjabi festival of India.

I explicitly confirm, that by my electronic signature I will not pursue any claim, damages, present and future rights of action which may be related to my participation in this event. Furthermore, I am also releasing the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and anyone who would be ever associated or connected to this event.
WAIVER/RELEASE FOR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES INCLUDING COVID-19
ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
