If the REGISTRATION DEADLINE date is 0000-00-00 and TOURNAMENT STATUS is 'Show Tournament' then the Tournament Status will be COMING SOON.
If the TOURNAMENT STATUS is 'Hide Tournament' then it will show 'REGISTRATION STARTS Month, DD YYYY' i.e. Registration Deadline date.
If TOURNAMENT STATUS is 'Show Tournament' and the 'REGISTRATION DEADLINE' is future date then it will show REGISTRATION OPEN as Tournament Status.
If TOURNAMENT STATUS is 'Show Tournament' and the 'REGISTRATION DEADLINE' is past date then it will show REGISTRATION CLOSED as Tournament Status.
If the TOURNAMENT STATUS is 'Cancel Tournament' the Tournament Status will be CANCELLED and Registration Deadline date doesn't matter.

Welcome to the 1st Women's Doubles Pickleball Tournament 2018

1. It is compulsory that every player should ware Sports Wears.

2. There are 4 groups and 3 teams in each group.

3. Format:

• All-League Matches will be played one set of 11 points (Diff of 2)

• Quarter Final and Semi-Finals will be played best of 3 sets of 9 points each.

• 3rd Place and Finals will be played best of 3 sets of 11 points each.

4. Every team will get 2 points for every league match win. In case, matches win are equal by more than one team of each group, the points given by each team to opponents will be considered for calculating the top score by each team. In case, any two teams in a group scores equal (matches win as well as points given to opponent) then the team who has given least away points in the league match between those particular teams will qualify for Quarter Finals

5. Two (2) top team with maximum points from each group, will qualify for Quarter Finals

6. Umpire decision will be final and binding for each player.

7. There will be side change after 6 points

8. Ball for the tournament will be Onix Fuse

9. Player reporting time will be 7.30 am and matches will start at 8 am sharp

10. Teams are requested to be on time for matches

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
