Dieses Jahr planen wir die NRW-Open vom 20. und 21.09.25 und ihr könnt wieder um die nächsten Medaillen auf den Courts kämpfen. Mit eurer Anmeldung unterstützt ihr den Pickleball-Sport in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die gesamten Einnahmen kommen dem gemeinnützigen Verband zugute. Der noch junge Westdeutsche Pickleball Verband hat sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Pickleball weiter voranzutreiben und als Breitensport zu etablieren. Let´s make Pickleball great in NRW!
This year we are planning the NRW-Open from 20. and 21.09.25 and you can fight again for the next medals on the courts. With your registration you support the sport of pickleball in North Rhine-Westphalia. All proceeds will go to the non-profit association. You will find the english version below!

Konditionen & Bedingungen: Mit der elektronischen Unterschrift auf dem Anmeldeformular erklärst du dich mit dem den folgenden Bedingungen einverstanden. Stornierungen und Rückerstattungsanträge müssen bis zum 13.09.2025, 12:00 Uhr (MESZ) erfolgen. Es liegt im Ermessen der Turnierleitung, bei zu wenigen Anmeldung die Kategorien zusammenzulegen und Spieler zwischen den Kategorien zusammenzulegen und Spieler zwischen den Kategorien zu verschieben. The men's and women's doubles will take place as usual on Saturday and the mixed competitions will continue on Sunday. Tournament description: Saturday, 20.09.2025 - Women's and Men's Doubles Sunday, 21.09.2025 - Mixed Doubles The entry fee is 30,- € + 5,- € for an additional day. Terms & conditions: With your electronic signature on the registration form you agree to the following terms and conditions. Cancellations and refund requests must be made by 13.09.2025, 12:00 noon (CEST). My physical and mental condition was either verified by a medical doctor or at least proved during my previous sport activities, such as, but not limited to, playing various sports such as tennis, racquetball, squash, pickleball or any other aerobic sport). Herewith I confirm that I am aware of my full responsibility for all and any risks connected to any potential injury or damage that can happen to me while competing at this event. I explicitly confirm, that by my electronic signature I will not pursue any claim, damages, present and future rights of action which may be related to my participation in this event. I am also explicitly and specifically releasing and discharging myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and organizers of this event. Furthermore, I am also releasing the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and anyone who would be ever associated or connected to this event.
WAIVER/RELEASE FOR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES INCLUDING COVID-19
ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
