""League Rules: NPC League Format: Six players per team will represent their team in the matches each league night. A, B, and C matches are played. This designation is not skill-level, just team pairings. Before the match, captains or the captains designee will have their A, B and C players already written down on a score sheet and exchange their copy with the opposing captain who will have the same information filled out. They will each then fill in their player information and play the matches on the designated courts on the schedule. Matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets, to 15 points, win by one point. Players will change ends after each set and at 8pts in the final set if a third set is played. At the conclusion of the match both teams will take a picture of the score sheet and email it to the league administrator. (Me) @ Petedpickelballcoaching@gmail.com We will use the USAPA official rules set (https://www.usapa.org/docs/ifp/USAPA-Rulebook.pdf) as our guide, but provided this is a fun league, sportsmanship and discretion is encouraged. Additional Rules/Guidelines Additional to USAPA- Balls may not be called out while in the air, please say Bounce or No when communicating with your partner so as to not confuse your opponent. Time-outs can be called by the players on the court or their Captain or Captains designee from the sideline. Each team is allowed one sixty-second time out per game. Coaching is only allowed during time-outs and changeovers. Fans/spectators making calls, or trying to influence the players or match in any way is strictly forbidden. Swearing at opponents is strictly forbidden. The official league ball is the Franklin X40, and you r captain will be provided a starter set from the league. Any balls needed after that will need to be provided by the players. All teams make the playoffs at the end of the regular season. Teams finishing with a better record will enjoy an easier road to the finals. " "
