What exactly is Pickleball Global Challenge Cup
Pickleball Global Challenge Cup is a first-ever invitational Pickleball vendors’ team competition. As a recognition of top two paddle makers and their professional players, this event will give the players the opportunity to compete in a unique “vendor against vendor” team competition.
When and where?
Bonita Springs, Florida, March 31, 2018
How many courts?
All matches will be played on one stadium indoor court.
Audience?
300 spectators expected on site.
Can I see the match online?
This match will be live-streamed in HD resolution directly on Pickleball Global website.
It would also be accessible via Facebook (on Pickleball Forum) but in a much lower quality.

Team match format?
The team match will consist of the following individual matches:

1.Men’s Singles
2.Men’s Doubles
3.Women’s Singles
4.Women’s Doubles
5.Mixed Doubles 1
6.Mixed Doubles 2

The format of individual matches?
Each individual match will be played to 21, win by two.
After the first player reaches 11 points, the players will change the sides.

Winner?
The match will be won by a team that will get the most “standing points”.

Standing points values?
Singles:
Winner of Men’s Singles = 3 standing points
Winner of Women’s Singles = 3 standing points

Doubles:
Winner of Men’s Doubles = 2 standing points
Winner of Women’s Doubles = 2 standing points
Winner of Mixed Doubles 1 = 2 standing points
Winner of Mixed Doubles 2 = 2 standing points
A team can gain in this match the maximum of 14 points.

Who will win the match?
It will be the team who achieved the most standing points.
If not decided, then the team with a greater difference between individual matches won and lost.
If not decided, the team with a greater difference between individual games won and lost.
If still not decided, the team with a greater difference between individual points won and lost.
EVERY INDIVIDUAL POINT COUNTS!

Will the coaching be allowed?
Yes, indeed!  Great advice at a perfect time can make a miracle!
Remember, every point will count!

Winner of each match (the team for doubles) will get $500.00.
