Hallo Liebe Pickleball-Freunde,
auch im kommenden Jahr möchten wir gerne wieder mit euch unsere Outdoorplätze bei den 2. Gifhorner Pickleball Open zum Beben bringen.

Alle Pickler die bei Pickleball Global registriert sind, sind herzlich eingeladen an unserem Turnier teilzunehmen
Aufgrund der Anzahl der Courts sind wir limitiert mit den Paarungen.

Die Anmeldegebühr beläuft sich auf 35 Euro plus 10 Euro für jede weitere Kategorie
Direkt neben den Outdoorplätzen befindet unsere MTV Gaststätte Flutmulde. Dort kann man den Tag über leckere kühle Getränke sowie
Kaffee, Kuchen, Eis und warme Speisen zu sich nehmen.
Samstagabend würden wir gerne den Spieltag bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen in der Gaststätte Flutmulde mit euch ausklingen lassen.
Die Abfrage dazu findet am Samstagmorgen bei der Registrierung statt (Speisekarte wird bereit liegen).
Das Abendessen ist nicht in der Anmeldegebühr enthalten.
Wasser und Snacks stellen wir kostenfrei für euch bereit.

Sollte es an dem Wochenende Regnen, steht uns direkt neben den Outdoorplätzen eine Halle zur Verfügung, in die wir das Turnier verschieben können.
Ausreichend Umkleidekabinen sowie Duschen und Toiletten stehen direkt am Platz zur Verfügung.
Frühere Anreise:
Gerne könnt ihr auch schon früher Anreisen und Gifhorn sowie die schöne Umgebung erkunden.
Unsere Outdoorplätze stehen euch dann natürlich auch schon zu Verfügung.

Durch die elektronische Unterschrift bei der Registrierung wird Folgendes anerkannt:
Die Anmeldegebühr wird bei Absagen, die nach Schließen der Registrierung erfolgen, nicht erstattet.
Der Turnierdirektor hat das Recht Divisions bei zu wenigen Anmeldungen zusammenzulegen und Spieler*innen zwischen den Divisions zu verschieben.
Diese Entscheidungen sind final. Den aktuellen Vorgaben zum Umgang mit COVID19 ist Folge zu Leisten. Während des Events werden Foto und Videoaufzeichnungen gemacht. Der anschließenden Nutzung dieser Aufnahmen wird hiermit zugestimmt.
Wir weisen nochmal darauf hin, dass der MTV Gifhorn offizieller Veranstalter dieses Turniers ist.

Due to the number of courts we are limited with the pairings.

Saturday evening, we would like to end the game day with a dinner together in the restaurant Flutmulde with you.
The inquiry will take place on Saturday morning at the registration (menu will be ready).
Dinner is not included in the registration fee.

In the event of rain, we have a gymnasium available right next to the outdoor courts where we can move the tournament to.
Sufficient changing rooms, showers, and toilets are available directly at the venue.
Early arrival:
You are also welcome to arrive earlier and explore Gifhorn and the beautiful surroundings.
Of course, our outdoorcourts are already at your disposal.

By electronically signing up for the tournament, you agree to and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:
The registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations made after registration closes.
The tournament director has the right to merge divisions with too few registrations and move players between divisions. These decisions are final.
Current guidelines for dealing with COVID19 must be followed. Photo and video recordings will be made during the event.
The subsequent use of these recordings is hereby agreed.
