Devolución de la cutoa de inscripción:
En caso de causar baja en el torneo una vez relleno el formulario de inscripción los plazos y cuotas de devolución serán los siguientes:
- Antes del 1 de Julio: 100% de la cuota de inscripción (-5€ gestión).
- Del 1 de julio al 20 de julio: 75% de la cuota de inscripción (-5€ gestión).
- Del 21 de julio al 19 de agosto: 50% de la cuota de inscripción (-5€ gestión).
- Después del 10 de agosto: 0%
La devolución implica el porcentaje del total pagado y no se tendrá derecho al pack de bienvenida, a la camiseta del torneo, a la cena y/o al polo oficial si se hubieran contemplado dichas opciones.
Refund of the registration fee:
In the event of withdrawing from the tournament once the registration form has been filled out, the deadlines and return fees will be as follows.
- Before July 1: 100% of the registration fee (-5€ management).
- From July 1 to July 20: 75% of the registration fee (-5€ management).
- From July 21 to August 19: 50% of the registration fee (-5€ management).
- After August 10: 0%.
The refund implies the percentage of the total paid and there will be no rigth to the wellcome pack, the tournament shirt, the dinner and/or the official polo shirt if these options have been contemplated.
