Registration: First create your PG account, then verify it. Log back into the tournament and select register. Once you make your event selections, you will get a chance to enter your partner's name, if they have a PGID or "seeking partner". Then continue to page down to select you Lunch , and put in your Tee shirt size. You may also purchase extra lunch boxes or tee shirt for your companion. You have to scroll down and complete all the questions (enter just the phone digits without spaces or parenthesis), then click
There should be courts available for anyone to practice starting late Friday afternoon. On Sat and Sunday, you may practice/warm up on any open court but will have to stop and vacate when the next match on that court is about to begin.
Tupelo has several nice options for you to stay. Several are very close to the Rob Leake Tennis Courts where the tournament is being held. Candlewood Suites on 979 N. Gloster Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites 923 N Gloster St, Tupelo, MS 38804-1950 Sure Stay Hotel by Best Western, 852 N Gloster St # A, Tupelo, MS 38804-1935 are just three that are only 5 minutes from the courts. We have blocked off 30 rooms at the Best Western ( $109/N )and at Hilton Garden Inn ( $119/N) until 8/16, after which the rooms are released. Ask for the Pickleball Tournament rates. ( might be under T.A.P. or Tupelo Area Pickleball). After 8/16, the rates should still be available if there is a room.
Tupelo Area Pickleball will be providing various beverages, donated by one or several of our sponsors. Snacks such as fruits, bananas, nutrition bars will also be available throughout the competition We are going to provide a box lunch to all registered competitors on Saturday.
Payment is required at the time of registration. You may pay using credit cards, debit cards directly or through our PayPal. If you can not do that, contact the tournament director to make arrangements. Pay Pal will accept credit and debit cards and you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through it. . We will have credit card readers available at sign in too.

I fully understand and also confirm herewith that I am physically and mentally fit enough to compete at this event. My physical and mental condition was either verified by a medical doctor or at least proved during my previous sport activities, such as, but not limited to, playing various sports such as tennis, racquetball, squash, pickleball or any other aerobic sport). Herewith I confirm that I am aware of my full responsibility for all and any risks connected to any potential injury or damage that can happen to me while competing at this event. I explicitly confirm, that by my electronic signature I will not pursue any claim, damages, present and future rights of action which may be related to my participation in this event. I am also explicitly and specifically releasing and discharging myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and organizers of this event. Furthermore, I am also releasing the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and anyone who would be ever associated or connected to this event.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
