Der Turnierdirektor hat das Recht Divisions bei zu wenigen Anmeldungen zusammenzulegen und Spieler*innen zwischen Divisions zu verschieben. Diese Entschedungen sind final. Den aktuellen Vorgaben zum Umgang mit COVID19 is Folge zu Leisten. Wärend des Events werden Photo und Videoaufzeichnungen gemacht. Der anschließenden Nutzung dieser Aufnahmen wird hiermit zugestimmt. Jede Person, die sich an einem der 3 Spieltage für mehr als eine Division anmeldet, kann disqualifiziert werden oder aber auf eine Division zurückgestuft werden. Davon betroffene Doppelpartner haben ebenso wie die verursachende Person keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung ihrer Meldegebühren. Alle Divisions werden zuerst als Round Robin / Poule gespielt. Danach folgt eine Single oder Double Eliminaton Runde. All divisions are played as Round Robin first followed by a single or double elimination round. Herewith I confirm that I am aware of my full responsibility for all and any risks connected to any potential injury or damage that can happen to me while competing at this event. I explicitly confirm, that by my electronic signature I will not pursue any claim, damages, present and future rights of action which may be related to my participation in this event. I am also explicitly and specifically releasing and discharging myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and organizers of this event. Furthermore, I am also releasing the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and anyone who would be ever associated or connected to this event.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
