Liebe Pickleballfreunde, wie angekündigt startet die Registrierung für unser 3. Wild Horse Pickleball Turnier in Dülmen noch vor Weihnachten. Bitte beachtet, dass Pickleball Global für unser Turnier nur SpielerInnen zuläßt, welche Ihre DUPR-ID in Ihrem PG-Account hinterlegt haben. Vielen Dank für Euer Verständnis! Die Halle verfügt über einen Tribühnenbereich mit ausreichend Platz, um auch für Besucher die Möglichkeit zu geben das Turnier zu beobachten. Essen und Trinken: Wir werden wieder oben im Tribühnenbereich Getränke sowie Kaffee und Kuchen bereit stellen und bitten hierfür um eine kleine Spende. Abendessen am Samstagabend, den 29.03.2025 ab 20:00 Uhr (Selbstzahler): Wir würden uns gerne wieder mit Euch am Abend in einem gemütlichen Lokal treffen, eine Kleinigkeit essen und trinken und über Gott und die Welt unterhalten. Wo dies stattfinden wird werden noch bekannt geben. Der Spielmodus: Wir werden wieder 7 Courts mit ausreichend Platz über die Halle verteilen. Die Spiele in der RR werden jeweils bis 11 Punkten (1 vorne) ausgetragen. Das Finale um den 1. Platz wird ebenfalls bis 11 (1 vorne) bei 2 Gewinnsätzen, das Spiel um den 3. bis 15 (2 vorne) gespielt.
29.03.2025 (9:00 Uhr - ca. 20:00 Uhr): MD 19+: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0 WD 19+: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5 Da nur 7 Courts zur Verfügung stehen haben wir uns entschlossen zugunsten der angebotenen Spielklassen auf die Altersklasse 50+ bei MD und WD zu verzichten. 30.09.2025 (9:00 Uhr - ca. 18:00 Uhr): MXD 19+: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0 MXD 50+: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 Die Turnierleitung behält sich vor Änderungen in Bezug auf die Zusammensetzung der Divisions vorzunehmen, wenn dies sinnvoll, bzw. notwendig erscheint. Wir bitten Euch hierbei um Verständnis, wenn wir es nicht schaffen Eure Wünsche und Erwartungen zu 100% zu erfüllen, wir arbeiten aber dran ;-). Sollte es - wie von uns erhofft - eine Vielzahl von Registrierungen geben, werden wir uns vorbehalten einzelne Divisions bereits vor dem offiziellen Ende der Registrierung zu schließen. Dear Pickleball friends, As announced, registration for our 3rd Wild Horse Pickleball Tournament in Dülmen will start before Christmas. Please note that Pickleball Global only accepts players for our tournament who have entered their DUPR ID in their PG account. Thank you for your understanding! The hall has a grandstand area with enough space for visitors to watch the tournament. Food and drink: We will again provide drinks as well as coffee and cake upstairs in the grandstand area and ask for a small donation. Dinner on Saturday evening, 29.03.2025 from 20:00 (Self paying): We would like to meet with you again in the evening in a cozy restaurant, eat and drink a little something and talk about God and the world. Where this will take place will be announced later. The game mode: We will again have 7 courts with enough space spread across the hall. The games in the RR will be played to 11 points (1 in front). The final for 1st place will also be played to 11 (1 in front) with 2 winning sets, the match for 3rd place to 15 (2 in front).

We ask for your understanding if we are not able to fulfill your wishes and expectations 100%, but we are working on it ;-). Should there be - as we hope - a large number of registrations, we will reserve the right to close individual divisions before the official end of registration. My physical and mental condition was either verified by a medical doctor or at least proved during my previous sport activities, such as, but not limited to, playing various sports such as tennis, racquetball, squash, pickleball or any other aerobic sport). Herewith I confirm that I am aware of my full responsibility for all and any risks connected to any potential injury or damage that can happen to me while competing at this event. I explicitly confirm, that by my electronic signature I will not pursue any claim, damages, present and future rights of action which may be related to my participation in this event. I am also explicitly and specifically releasing and discharging myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and organizers of this event. Furthermore, I am also releasing the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and anyone who would be ever associated or connected to this event.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
