Welcome to the inaugural HEAD International Luxembourg Pickleball Open
(Version française en dessous)
We warmly invite all pickleball players to join us at this exciting indoor event.
The first official edition of the HEAD International Luxembourg Open is being organised by the LetzPickleball Commission by FLT. It will be held from Friday, October 13, to Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the National Tennis Centre Asbl in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
Competitions will be held in men’s singles, women’s singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles.
Divisions will be arranged according to skill level, with categories for beginner, intermediate and advanced players, plus two age categories: 19+ and 50+. The top two players from each round-robin flight will progress through a single-elimination stage until the finals.

The registration fee is 35€. This price includes registration for one category. To register for another category, the fee is 15 euros per additional category. Each player can register for just one category per day.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by end of day on 30.09.2023.
Deadline to register to the tournament: end of day on 30.09.2023.
Past this deadline, the registration fees (€35) and additional category fees (15€) are non-refundable,
The tournament director reserves the right to combine categories and transfer players between categories in the event of insufficient registrations. Their decision is final.

Bienvenue au HEAD International Luxembourg Pickleball Open
Nous invitons chaleureusement tous les joueurs de pickleball à se joindre à nous pour cet événement palpitant en salle.
La première édition officielle du HEAD International Luxembourg Pickleball Open est organisée par la Commission LetzPickleball de la FLT. Elle se tiendra du vendredi 13 octobre au dimanche 15 octobre 2023, au Centre National de Tennis Asbl à Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
Les compétitions auront lieu en simples hommes, simples dames, doubles hommes, doubles dames et doubles mixtes.
Les divisions seront organisées en fonction du niveau de compétence, avec des catégories pour les joueurs débutants, intermédiaires et avancés, ainsi que deux catégories d'âge : 19+ et 50+. Les deux meilleurs joueurs de chaque poule passeront par une phase d'élimination directe jusqu'aux finales.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
