Turnierbedingungen
Das Turnier wird unter den " Official Tournament Rulebook" der International Federation of Pickleball ausgetragen, eine Zusammenfassung findet man unter http://www.usapa.org/rules-summary/ und als Spielball haben wir den Gamma Pickleball Photon Outdoor Ball auserkoren.
Die Aufgabe des Schiedsrichters wird von den Teams bis hin zum Finale selbst übernommen.
Anmeldung
Die Anmeldegebühren für das Turnier belaufen sich auf 25€ pro Person + 15 € für eine weitere Kategorie.
Darin enthalten ist jeweils ein T-Shirt und Gutscheine für gekühltes Wasser.
Verpflegung
Für euer Leibliches Wohl werden wir auch dieses Jahr wieder bestens sorgen.
Die Planungen laufen derzeit und werden hier dann zum späteren Zeitpunkt geupdatet.
Besonderer Hinweis
Wir müssen darauf hinweisen, sollte sich die Sachlage zu Corona wieder ändern und neue Verschärfungen oder Auflagen in Kraft treten, dass das Turnier auch kurzfristig abgesagt werden kann.
Des Weiteren machen wir darauf Aufwerksam, dass Absagen/Stornierungen ab dem 15.07.2022 nicht mehr Rückerstattet werden können.

Tournament conditions
The tournament will be played under the " Official Tournament Rulebook" of the International Federation of Pickleball, a summary can be found at http://www.usapa.org/rules-summary.
As game ball we have chosen the Gamma Pickleball Photon Outdoor Ball.
The task of the referee will be taken over by the teams themselves until the finals.
Registration
The registration fee for the tournament is 35 € per person.
This includes a T-shirt and vouchers for chilled water.
Catering
For your physical well-being, catering will be provided like last year.
The planning is currently underway and will be updated here at a later date.
Special notes
We have to point out that, should the situation regarding Corona change again and new regulations or requirements come into force, the tournament can be cancelled at short notice.
We would also like to point out that cancellations cannot be refunded after the 15.07.2022

I fully understand and also confirm herewith that I am physically and mentally fit enough to compete at this event. My physical and mental condition was either verified by a medical doctor or at least proved during my previous sport activities, such as, but not limited to, playing various sports such as tennis, racquetball, squash, pickleball or any other aerobic sport). Herewith I confirm that I am aware of my full responsibility for all and any risks connected to any potential injury or damage that can happen to me while competing at this event. I explicitly confirm, that by my electronic signature I will not pursue any claim, damages, present and future rights of action which may be related to my participation in this event. I am also explicitly and specifically releasing and discharging myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and organizers of this event. Furthermore, I am also releasing the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and anyone who would be ever associated or connected to this event.
WAIVER/RELEASE FOR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES INCLUDING COVID-19
ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this tournament, by completing my registration, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SS Pickleball llc their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
